Job Details:
- Position: Handyman
- Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Complete drywall repair projects including taping, plastering, and sanding.
- Execute basic carpentry duties such as fitting doors, replacing woodwork, replacing transition strips,
- Reinstall cabinet hardware, drawers, and doors.
- Perform various painting and staining tasks.
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals on renovations and complex repairs.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, providing efficient solutions.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
